Yes, we have general liability insurance and are service bonded.
Do you perform background checks on all of your staff?
Yes, all are criminally screened prior to employment with Two Moms and a Mop. We have a screening process to ensure the highest level of professionalism.
How Do I pay for the cleaning?
We accept PayPall, checks or cash.
Do I need to be at my home or office when the cleaning crew arrives?
The client decides whether they feel they need to be home or at the office.
Will Two Moms and a Mop provide the cleaning supplies and equipment?
We pride ourselves on our green cleaning supplies but we understand that some customers prefer to supply their own products.
